Guardians of the Altar

The Guardians of the Altar DVD supports and illuminates the Service of the Alter of the Holy Mother Church, Why the name Guardians? "Guardians," in the service of the Holy Mother Church, calls forth such ideals as honor, loyalty, justice, chivalry, and respect for all. In the use of the term guardian, the Altar Servers are reminded of their duty to serve the Lord of lords with fidelity and honor, to treat others with respect and justice, and to live an upright personal life, defending always the rights of God and His Holy Church. In the names apprentice and guardian in training, the server is reminded again of the years of practice and study that goes into the training of a guardian and should consider with what devotion and perseverance he should attend to his own training in the service of the Altar. The Master Guardians are those young men who have proven to be true to the service of this society over the course of years. Special appearance by Jesse Romero and Terry Barber.
